How do I return a product?
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Sunia K. purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product. if for any reason you need to return your product, please review our return policy.
My product was received damaged—what should I do?
All products that are received damaged must be returned to receive a refund or replacement. If the item in question is part of a kit or bundle, the entire kit must be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued. please see our return policy for additional details.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the account that you used to purchase the item, even if the account is closed or paid in full. For more information about refunds to your third-party credit cards, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
How long before I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returns center receives the item. Contact your credit card issuer for their policy on posting credits. in general, allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your billing statement.

I am currently outside of the U.S. can I place an order to ship within the U.S.?
At this time, Sunia K. only accepts payments from paypal and credit / debit cards issued from within the united states, in u.s. dollars, with a u.s. billing and shipping address.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. orders placed on fridays, saturdays, sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order has been submitted online and is in process we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
